Normally I do not go for tips, but last night after a concert with my wife we met Davy Jones of The Monkees and I asked him if he knew the winner of the Belmont Stakes and he said "Actually, I know that one it's Master of Hounds". As we were walking away from Davy he shouted out, "at least a show bet". I did like Animal Kingdom but he has no betting value. For my best bet of the day I like 5 Strike the Bell 12-1 in Race 9 2nd race off the layoff, Dominguez riding and has 2 wins at today's distance.

I did not handicap for an off track so hoping rain will hold off and the tracks will be Fast and Firm. Good Luck lets win big and hope its a safe day for all.

In the Preakness Animal Kingdom should have a solid pace to run at for the win. He ran away from the field in the Derby and should do the same in the Preakness. Playing heavy on the win and in a boxed exacta with Dance City a Pletcher trained horse that looks to be the best of the new comers. He should be running near the lead and should be able to hold on for place. Mucho Macho Man ran a good one in the Derby and should be able to rally for the show. Good Luck
