After yesterdays best bet 25-1 shot Second and One just missed at the wire right back Monday with a best bet at a price in the first; the 9 Ultimate Class 12-1 trainer wins with 60% drop downs here at Saratoga, turf only. I did not handicap for rain today, so lets hope it holds off.
Update: this is August 16 and not 15. Best bet Ultimate Class scratched. New Best bet is race 9 as long as stays on turf the #9 Mississippi Hippie 6-1, if the rains come and off turf the best bet is Race 7 the #4 Renewed Hope 7-2.
ReplyDeleteUpdate 2 Mississippi Hippie scratched, should have used High Cry as best bet in the 5th as won paying $8.50, but sticking with race7 #4 Renewed Hope 7-2.

ReplyDeleteAfter the scratches in the 9th I went with the main track only horse #15 D'bigcat to win and the cat did not dissapoint winning and paying $7.70.
